Some blessed memories from our National Shrine of St. Maximilian Kolbe at Marytown Pilgrimage: On the main altar at Our Lady of Czestochowa, right below the holy and infamous Black Madonna Icon. Niepokalanow: At the Monastery founded by St. Maximilian Kolbe, in front of the original wooden chapel. Krakow: At the Shrine of Divine Mercy & at the original sight of St. Pope John Paul II tomb. His body was moved to St. Peter’s Basilica in the Vatican after his beatification.
